Behind the Scenes
Shannon’s love for baking isn’t a surprise to anyone that knows her. In fact, many of her recipes are hand-me-downs from her grandmother and other family members. Shannon started baking her infamous sugar cookies in the early 2000s for coworkers and friends. However, it didn’t take long for word to spread and orders to start piling in from across central Illinois.
Now, Shannon prides herself in creating more than just sugar cookies, including bakery style stuffed cookies, brownies, TONS of diff’rent kinds of fudge, and more. She enjoys creating custom recipes, experimenting with unique flavors, and using high-quality ingredients in all her baked goods. When she’s not in the kitchen, Shannon loves to garden, hike, listen to podcasts and spend time with her family.
