A taste of the tropics: bananas, rum, white chocolate fudge and caramel! The banana cookie has a light texture with banana-forward and buttery notes stuffed with a soft caramel center. It’s topped with a white chocolate banana fudge for a sweet kick. Then it’s drizzled with the MOST delicious caramel sauce that has cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves that round out the fruit and butter flavors of the cookie. A few pecans and crushed banana chips on top and this is one sexy cookie! Serve warm with your favorite vanilla ice cream.
