PBJ Stuffed Cookie

My signature peanut butter cookie dough stuffed with a large portion of creamy peanut butter and a dollop of strawberry preserves. Topped with peanut butter drizzle and freeze-dried strawberry powder. It tastes just like the sandwich - minus the bread. Keep the milk handy!
