It’s a pancake. It’s a cookie - it’s BOTH! The Crumbl Buttermilk Pancake cookie copycat but then I made it my own by topping it with a buttermilk syrup glaze, real maple syrup buttercream, real maple syrup drizzle, bacon bits, maple hard candy sprinkles and “butter.” It’s a VERY moist and flavorful cookie with excellent texture combinations. Your tastebuds will thank you!
